My approach to therapy invites you to better know yourself by turning inward and growing self awareness, and to un-know yourself by recognizing patterns of thoughts and behaviors that are no longer serving you and to learn new skills that support progress towards your personal goals.
No matter what you’re going through, change is possible, and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
